Dr. Kathy Farah has a unique personalized approach to health and healing that bridges her extensive training and experience in modern medicine with, equally important, knowledge in a wide variety of holistic and integrative strategies. Her training includes:

A modern approach
Dr. Kathy has extensive experience in her medical career:
She has been a family doctor in Baldwin, WI for almost 25 years where she has delivered babies, covered the Emergency Department, provided care to her hospitalized inpatient and outpatient clinic patients, and was the Medical Director for an extended care facility. She then spent 11 years, also in Family Medicine, in Mayo Clinic Red Cedar, Glenwood City, WI. This experience rooted her in the medicine she learned in medical school AND she knew there was more. She studied ways to help empower her patients to take an active role in healing.
Concurrently, she began studying Mind-Body Medicine, and CranioSacral Therapy bringing those modalities into her interaction with patients.
She studied Mind-Body Medicine, eventually attaining Certification with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and continued that trajectory to becoming faculty in the professional training programs and now an Associate Clinical Director.
Dr. Farah shared her expertise and skills in Integrative Medicine and Mind-Body Medicine as a consultant for families and children at the Children’s MN Pain, Palliative Care and Integrative Medicine Department.
